UTILITIES - Who to Contact
Below is the infomation that you will need to set up the billing for your utilities. Please call the utility companies well-enough in advance that service will be in your name by the time you move in. You may calll the utilities 30 days in advance and tell them that you would like the utilities to be in your name on a particular date.
Make sure that you request an actual final reading. Sometimes the utility companies will only do an estimated final reading, and we would like to avoid the possibility of having some of our charges on your bill.
NOTE: Any utilities that are not transferred into your name by your move-in date and that are billed to Landed Gentry will be invoiced to you with a 10% rebilling fee.
