At Landed Gentry we try to work with our residents to make their lives a little easier and more convenient.
Choose Your Own Rent Due Date
You know your budget better than we do, so you choose the day of the month that you want rent to be due. Every bill seems to be due on the 1st of the month, and your paycheck may need a break. (Not available for student housing.)
Early Payment Plan Discount
If you pay your rent 5 days or more before the rent due date that you've chosen (as shown by the postmark), you may deduct $50 from the full rent; otherwise, the full rent is due. Ask us how best to coordinate choosing your rent due date and your paydays to always get the Early Payment Plan Discount. Rents shown are at the discounted rate.
To the best of our knowledge, we are the only company in Central Ohio to give our residents a Maintenance Guarantee. In essense, if we don't have a problem with one of the major systems taken care of within 72 hrs, you begin getting free rent.
Security Deposit Installment Plan
We know that a move usually involves unexpected costs as you set up utilities, pay for a moving van, etc. We let you spread the payment of your security deposit across several months and just include that installment payment with your rent payment. Many like this program since it allows them to effectively transfer their security deposit to us. There is a $5 / month convenience fee while it is being used.
Washer / Dryer Rental
We can make washers and dryers available for a modest charge each month.
Pets
While pets are prohibited by the terms of the lease, we do consider pets. If accepted, there is an additional cost per month, and $150 of the security depost is non-refundable to cover additional wear and tear. Fish and caged creatures like birds, hamsters, gerbils, snakes are usually OK, but check with us first.
